The Courtyard Vallejo Napa Valley was beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting lobby. The layout was easy to navigate. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort throughout the hotel.

More seating options in the common areas would help.

Beds were comfortable, pillows were nice.

Didn't have hot water half the time, coffee pot didn't work, toilet didn't flush right.

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows of good quality.

We should have been told our room was RIGHT next to the pool. The guests were very noisy and yelled and screamed a lot until past 9pm. We had to be up early the next morning for an appointment. We should have been given the option of a quieter room. I also feel the pet charge is way too high at 75 dollars a night. Most hotels only charge 25 or 30.

The heated pool was just the right touch after a long day of adventure. Plus, enjoying a delicious coffee from the Bistro made my mornings that much sweeter!

The rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. Bistro food is good.

The washers and dryers on both floors should be replaced. The washer on the 4th floor was nasty/dirty. The second floor washer and dryer were marginal.

The rooms with the refrigerator and 2 queen beds, as example.

I stayed for 1 night to enjoy some time at the nearby theme park. The King Room with Sofa Bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the friendly front office staff who made the check-in process smooth. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the park. I did wish the laundry facilities were easier to use, as the app was a bit of a hassle.

Nothing very bad area,not clean, staff was in comptant.

Family with children well worth the try

I stayed in the King Room with Sofa Bed for 1 night with family. The staff was very nice, they comped us some snacks, another thing that blew me away was the pool, so clean. I seemed like a kid again just splashing around.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly it wasn't too bad either.

Check in was great and Alicia made it excellent. She is extremly nice and helpful.

Mouse droppings in fold out bed. Directly asked housekeeping to clean it, not cleaned.

We stayed at courtyard for 1 night to enjoy two days at the theme park right next door. The king room with sofa bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The front office staff were friendly.
